Refund policy

We'll will refund or exchange items within 14 days of purchase and receiving it, if you brought them in store or online. All items returned must be returned with original receipt, unworn and in the same condition that you purchased it, including labels, or tag together with original packaging when purchased. The method in which the items were paid for will be the refunded method if practical.

Some items will be non refundable such as women underwear. When returning or cancelling items please contact customer service with your request within 14 days of purchasing items. If an item that you purchased and received isn't what you ordered, send it back to us and we'll refund or exchange it.

Please note we don't accept returns after the 14 days returns period has expired. If you try to make a return, we may have to send it back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs.
